The giveaway is sponsored by MyTreat ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Yelp, Apple, Meta, or any other third party.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Void where prohibited. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility.
No purchase necessary. To enter, scan a MyTreat QR code and complete the entry form with the required information. Limit one entry per person per business per day.
One (1) prize per week: a $100 cash prize (or equivalent), unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except at Sponsor's discretion. Winners are selected every Saturday at 12:00 AM.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
Winners will be contacted using the email and/or phone number provided. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, city/state, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receiving and/or using the prize.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim arising out of participation or receipt/use of the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
